Gizmo
Gizmo was bred and loved by Peter Walker and had successfully campaigned her to many of the highest accolades on Jersey including being Top Channel Island Dog 2025. He had gained 2 UK CCs and RCCs with her, but due to health issues was unable to campaign her more in the UK. Peter and I had become friends through Gizmo who I absolutely admired and in 2025 we began planning how we could help her gain her UK crown. Peter was kind enough to make me a co owner and thanks to a village of people and most importantly Paul Spry, she came to live in the UK in March with the plan I would show her for the summer. Sadly Peter suddenly passed away in April so it became our mission to make his dreams come true. It didn't quite go to plan to start with as Gizmo was very much a mans dog and she clearly told me she would rather be shown by Paul than me, so we went with it and at her first UK show with us she gained her 3rd & crowning CC alongside her baby brother at this first show out of Puppy. The day was very emotional and special. Gizmo has since gone on to win another 3 CC & 1 RCC with Paul doing the double with her brother on 3 occasions. We are very happy to be doing Peter proud.
