Having long been an admirer of Mongoshi’s breeding program and loved Klasi's Sire and the Twice as Nice Line, I approached Rene and Patricjia and discovered a litter was planned and they would be happy to allow me to have a boy from this great combination. Klasi was born in June 2009 and there was just something about him that I liked from the very beginning. After the long wait, we drove to Germany in May 2010 to collect him and were over the moon with the wonderful boy we brought home. Klasi is a once in a lifetime dog, being a stunning boy with a temperament to cherish and never ever puts a foot wrong in the ring.

Klasi was so settled with us from the word go, we took him to his first champ show a day after arriving and Qualified for Crufts 2011. Klasi had great success in the ring in 2010, getting a BPIB, his Stud Book Number and Crufts Qualification for life and had many top 3 places in Limit dog a class well above his age. He also gained his Good Citizen Bronze Award at Boston 2011 and whilst being selectively campaigned continued to win well in Limit and Open classes. Also in 2011 Klasi became a father and produced 3 fabulous babies with the lovely Swedish Import Lohamras as Hot Chocolate, two of which we co own with their other mummies and have done very well in the ring, one now being a Champion in her own rights.

Klasi started 2012 with good success with a 2nd at Crufts and was RBIS at the Chinese Crested Dog Club Show along with numerous wins in Open classes. His pinnacle however came in August at Bournemouth where he won a very strong open class and gained his first CC under Judge Peter Taylor. Later that month he was awarded his second CC from Ken Sinclair at City of Birmingham show and won BOB beating his daughter who won the Bitch CC, and then shortly after at Darlington he won his crowning CC and BOB under Jill Peak. Many thanks to all three judges for recognizing the qualities of our lovely show boy who just never puts a foot wrong. We are delighted to have our very first UK Champion and to have made him up in just 5 weeks from first to crowning ticket!

In 2013, Klasi came back out after an 8 month break and won another CC under Andrew Brace at Blackpool, he was only shown another 4 times that year winning a RCC at East of England, BOS at Driffield, Open Stakes at Windsor, Good Citizen Stakes at Driffield and then Qualified for the Eukanuba Champion Stakes UK final at Darlington under Val Foss, having already won a Daily heat at WKC and 2nd in the EOE Heat.

In 2014 Klasi continued as successfully whilst only being selectively campaigned and saw him adding BOB at Boston, 3 more CCs at UK Toy under Michael Quinney, SKC under Caroline Holmes and Blackpool under Howard Ogden. He was 2nd in his class at Crufts and has also won stakes classes at Manchester, WELKS, Three Counties and Bath and won another Champion Stakes Daily heat and was placed 2nd at another two. Klasi also qualified for the PAT Show Dog of the Year at his first attempt.

2015 started off well for Klasi and whilst he has only been occasionally shown he never disappoints. At Crufts He became Overall Runner Up on the PAT Show Dog Of The Year Award under Mark Cocozza and he also won his class in the breed. At Southern Counties he added his 8thCC under top all rounder Jeff Horswell and then at Paignton he won a RCC under Margaret Bunce and another 2nd in Champion Stakes.

Klasi made an appearance at Crufts 2016 where he won his class and then has had the rest of the year off until he became an official veteran. He came back out at East of England and took BVIB under Jill Peak and then Toy Veteran Group 4 under Sue Bird, he next came out at Leeds where he won BVIB under David Guy and Toy Veteran Group 1 under Ernie Patterson and then at City of Birmingham BVIB under Liz Cartledge and then Veteran Group 2 under Robin Newhouse. He also won Veteran Stakes at Paignton under Gordon Haran and BVIS at the Chinese Crested Club if GB show. We are so thrilled that this special boy still has what it takes but have now decided to retire him as he has done more than enough to prove his worth and we have a bunch of youngsters to focus on. Klasi really has been a one in a million dog and will enjoy his more relaxed life at home.

Klasi is a pleasure to show and live with and we would like to give a big Thank you to Rene and Patricjia for letting us have this beautiful bold boy.

Our heart forever Broke on March 6th 2020 when we had to say goodbye to this once in a lifetime boy.  Klasi had been in CHF for some time but it became to much for him and  we had to do the right thing.  Life has not been the same since and he has left a huge hole. Run free incredible boy we are lost without you.
